Ok so this is the situation going on.

So if I where to have someone download MY account into there xbox when they log off of it and i log on is there anything i can do to have the account on there xbox be deleted so they cant log in any more?

Not unless THEY actually delete it from THEIR Xbox lol.

Yeah, just like destructive said.
You can also simply change your password/email.
That's what i'd do. ^^
