That's what I'm thinking about doing. The employee had no right to just come up to me and say what she did without even asking me what was going on. The police have already looked over the cameras footage and I have done nothing wrong nor anything to make her think I did what she said I did. But yea thinking about suing the store employee/store and probably the f**ker that kicked my car twice. Also the cop also said he was sitting across the parking lot watching everything, if his ass was watching everything why not chase us down when a crazy dude it trying to wreck us when he is in a jeep and im in a car, going 60 through a strip mall's parking lot. Then once other witnesses came forward he 'retracted' his statement of saying he seen everything and of calling me a liar.

If you didn't do anything you're fine and I would actually take that guy to court for vehicle damage.

why do you need to do anything if your innocent??
