If your stats are reset by Treyarch due to boosting/glitching, then all your stats are reset except from your deaths, losses ect, so you end up with an extremely bad K/D and W/L on your combat record.

If you reset stats manually by prestiging and using the token, would it reset absolutely everything?

Yes it would reset your stats back to 0.
