1. Yes i ship around the world if you pay an additional $30 for shipping.
2. Warranty lasts for 1 month covering RROD and Bricked console (if it needs new flash). The Warranty is only valid if you have not broken the seal i have placed on the console before shipping. The sticker is tamper proof and lets me know if the console has been opened. If the console has been open, you will have to pay to have it fixed and will
not be under warranty.
