I found this cool application that changes the color of your screen to properly adjust to how your eyes are supposed to see. I've been using it for a week and my eye strain has reduced drastically. Even in the morning when I go to turn it on I'm not blinded instantly. As the moodiness changes, your eyes adapt.

All it does is yellow or whiten your screen to be proper to the suns cycle.

I've got another one, Close your eyes! Just kidding mate, this topic's pretty cool, but I don't think my eyes strain that much when I'm on my computer.

The fact I see this reposted on reddit all of the time, and now on The Tech Game is good enough reason for me to get off the internet for a day or two. My God. But seriously, I've been using this for awhile now. However, I only like it at night for reducing migraines.
