Hey guys just a thread I made in the last 30 minute's as I am a gym enthuast, I'd like to help TTG member's get fit if they feel like they want to be but don't want to search around, please don't hate just leave my topic if you don't like it.
Loosing Weight
--------------
Basically Its mainly to do with your diet & lots of cardio, When I first started working out I was quite big.So I made myself a strict diet to stick to & at first just went jogs round local parks/loch's with a binbag on & a heavy jumper over it.This will make you sweat more obviously helping to loose more weight that running with light clothes on.The dieting is going to allow you to see results faster also,Im not saying stop eating junk altogether because thats very hard for some just saying lower your income of fats & Sugar.
Toning Muscle
--------------
Basically this comes along with loosing weight, less fat your body has less fat covering muscle common sense basically. Also doing low weights but lots of rep, like a weight you can do roughly 20-25reps of without tiring.
Muscle Builing
--------------
First your either going to be big already weight size, or if your realy skinny do realy low amounts of cardio(Running/Jogging) and doing heavy weights with low reps. This will only help with strentgh & size, not muscular endurence.
Inspiration/Motivation
------------------------
I know its easy to start working out but hard to keep it up, here's a few ways that helped me keep going(Year and a half).
*Find a role model, or a status to aim for here's some people who inspire me to keep training hard.
*Zyzz/Ronnie Coleman/Mike Chang/Arnold Schwarzenegger
*Take photo's of several flexing poses every 2 weeks for 6 months then make a video so you can see the change and so can other's.
*Just flex in the mirror every so often not to be cocky, just to be more confident and to make yourself more confident with your body and will make you drive harder(personal expierence).

Actually toning muscles is not possible. You will have to loose weight and lower your bodyfat % . Normally you will see a sixpack without training at 6,7% bodyfat.

I was mainly pointing out that the rep fact is wrong. Its possible to get them toned by dieting to the max but not by doing more reps.

yeaah but if you do it strictly through diet, you'll loose muscle to, unless your lifting weights.
