Ok, so as most people, I have been perma-banned...
I was wondering if there is a way I can recover it and get on content.... (On a new xbox)

all your content with that profile is still there, but its only for that profile, you will have to play offline with your profile/content.

you can use things like map packs and other dlcs on other accounts but when you use your other account it has to be on the same console and harddrive as your banned account. Any gamesaves are sadly lost unless you play offline
