it's been a couple years now that i've "lost" my old gamertag: BoWsER o
idk what happen, i think i just forgot the password or something who knows, but i know the email on it and all but it wont let me log in... i even reset the password and it still says i cant log in.. so really what im asking is that if theres anyone out there that is a professional at getting a gamertag back or something please help.

Call Microsoft and tell them that you've forgotten your password and just provide them with any codes you've used on the profile and any forms of payment for XBL like credit card number, PayPal, Etc. It'll be sufficient information to prove it's you.

If they don't still do password resets over the phone then try this, [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
