Could it run Crysis 3 in high?

What would need upgrading?

This is also for running unity, autodesk 3d max and photoshop

URM this is an expensive one (y) not the best power but it has a middle range graphics card. so it will run photoshop no problem! urm not quite sure about the game but it should run it in high

why don't you build one. For the same price you could easily get better components.

No way it will run Crysis 3 on high, Crysis 3 is setting a new standard. I would recommend building a computer for the price.

I think he's referring to running it well. I.E. loading, booting, rendering times, etc... And I have no idea as to why he was relating directly to the GPU. I guess you could say that he partially knew what he was talking about? Lol.
