Have to make either a partnered youtube background , Photo-minipulation or a desktop background.
Have to use my logo and your name/logo in the top right of the image
Must have proof you have made it
Either speed art or proggression
no templates allowed
Ends 23rd
Results 25th

1st Place: $10 Worth MC Points / PSN Card , Sub Box For A Month , Free Desktop Background.

Could be that his GFX sucks and he has no money to pay someone and he wants free GFX by making "Prizes"

The majority of these competitions are not to see what users can come up with and receive a reward, They're just another word for "Make me a Background". Perhaps posting proof you have the $10 will boost peoples charisma.
