I keep getting these cards in packs saying "+15% Reflexes" what are these and what do they do ?

They're coaches.

What they do is when you add a +attributes card on to a player, it'll add +15% of that attribute card plus what it'd normally give you. So if like you said, you pulled a +15% reflexes and you added a +10 reflex card to your keeper he'd be applied with +11.5 reflex.

It's a coach so that should stay in your club forever. But the attributes card lasts one match.
