This plugin allows you to transfer to different servers by using the commands. You can type an IP that the portal will take you to.

I am not sure if you are trying to make like a portal room for different servers or what. Your request really didn't make sense.

If it's not MultiVerse, I believe he's talking about a plugin called "Janus" that allows a sort of "hub" feel. It's a private plugin that a few servers have, and some others. It's coded by codename_b.
