POSSIBLY NEW TRANZIT EASTER EGG OR ENDING?!

Hey guys so I saw this post on the treyarch forums and I thought I would share it with you guys.... I have not tested it so that is why I'm asking you guys to test it and see if it works!

There are requirements to complete the tranZit storyline! If you havnt meet these requirements i believe you will not get to the cut scene. Im pretty sure you wont even get to open the door.

You must have completed at least one of the sides to the tower of babble and Built the Nav card reader. You also need the power to be on.

Once you have completed these requirements (Note: the whole party needs to meet the requirements!) you can start the "ending easter egg sortaish =/ "

There 8 steps

1)Get four turbines (one each) (Note: you need a party of four ofc)

2)Everyone needs to go to the power room ( where you place the turbine to open the PaP door)

3)Get one person to place the turbine in front of the door and after they have placed the turbine get them to run to town and go where the PaP is HOWEVER do not go inside

4)Get another person to place another turbine in front of the door and this should close the PaP door and make a small room allowing the person in town to walk futher in and close's the door behide him.

5) Place the 3rd turbine again and now it should open up the 3rd door and make sure the person in town walks into that 3rd room and the 2nd door should shut behide him.

6) Repeat step 5 as in place the last turbine which should open up the last door, allowing that person in the room to enter a room simlar to the PaP room

7) There should be a switch you pull down which opens up all the doors allowing you group to enter the room

8)After exploring the room and all your group has arrived you should see a Nav card on the floor next to the counter thing when you pick it up a cut sence should appear

Well i dont want to spoil it for you guys but the ending is quite sad our 3 heros end up dieing by .......... one of our soo called heros.

Tranzit Breakdown

Tranzit Break Down TranZit is a massive map, with many different secrets and tips that you may very well not catch on your first few runs through, or at all. This goes from some already massively known secrets, to some that a few know, to some that have only recently been discovered. This will NOT include the Tower of Babble Easter Egg-- if you want that info then you can check out the Call of Duty Wikia, which has a complete guide.

Like my previous discussion, the Master Post, please add any info I might miss, or you think should be in here.

Pack-A-Punch

Nothing much to note here other than the fact that you can Pack-A-Punch certain guns any amount of times for an extra 2000 the second time. The 2nd and so on will swap through different attachments that may suit your liking.

The Song

Carrion, by Kevin Sherwood and Clark S. Nova. The first teddy bear is on a bench in the Bus Depot, the second is in the upstairs house in Farm, and the third is in the bar in Town.

Galvaknuckles

These can be acquired in the Diner, by using the escape ladder in the actual Diner. Use if you are SURE you want to get Galvaknuckles-- otherwise upgrade the bus with the escape ladder. One shot kill up until 14.

EMP Grenades

Okay, THIS is some useful information. The EMP has blessings and curses, and you SHOULD know each and every one.

1. An EMP will stun zombies for a short amount of time, however also stun the player slightly.

2. An EMP will kill the Electrical Zombie (Avogadro or "him"), in one shot.

3. An EMP, if thrown at a powerup, will destroy it.

4. An EMP, if thrown at Perk Machine, will briefly turn it off. This means that you cannot buy the perk for the time it's off, and if you HAVE the perk, it's effects will be temporarily disabled. This can be useful in Grief, if you want to disable another team's perks.

5. An EMP will disable the technological (Red dot, Holographic, Target Finder) sights for the guns of any player in it's radius. (Added by Tattoo247)

6. An EMP will disable the Bus Driver.

Tombstone

Tombstone is the new perks, and is (in my opinion) VERY useful. When you buy it, it won't have any affect at first. However, when you get downed, a tombstone will appear over your character. At this point, you have the option to let your character bleed out instantly to speed things up. When you get revived at the beginning of next round, you can pick up the tombstone powerup and it will give you both your guns and your perks from before you got downed.

It is not certain if you can get your perks back from Tombstone if you are revived.

Double Tap Root Beer II

Double Tap II. In short, they modified the perk to not only give you a firerate increase, but your gun fires off two bullets insted of just one with each shot. (With no extra ammo wasted, as well!) This essentially doubles the firepower of your gun, making Double Tap even more useful than before.

Jet Gun (Thrustodyne Aeronautics Model 23)

It has been proven that this gun, since it is equipment insted of an actual weapon, cannot be Pack-A-Punched. However, it can be considered a third gun since it doesn't take up your two weapon slots.

The left meter on the Jet Gun determines when it will break. When using the Jet Gun, the pointer will move towards the right, to the red section of the meter. When it reaches the end, the Jet Gun breaks. However, if you hold the Jet Gun out and not use it, the pointer will slowly move towards the left, allowing the Jet Gun to be used more.

When the Jet Gun breaks, it's parts will not return to where they were before, and instead will be scattered around where the Jet Gun was destroyed. This can be a massive blessing if it breaks in the Town, since it can be rebuilt almost instantly.

Denizens of the Forest

These creatures will attack you if you are too much into the fog, but not if you are on the bus. When they latch onto your head, they will take 5 knives (Or two Galvaknuckle punches and 2 Bowie Knives) to kill. When they are on the ground, they die to any hit instantly. When they are leaping towards you, they will die immediately to a Galvaknuckle or Bowie Knife. These creatures can be shot off by other players.

A good way to move through the fog is to leave one running zombie, and to move to your destination backwards (walking backwards) so you can keep an eye on the Denizens. If you have the Galvaknuckles, just punch them as soon as they are close enough to your face.

A Denizen of the Forest will immediately get off your face if you walk over to a green streetlight (will only be on if you have the power on or a Turbine), and crawl into the ground under it. This will leave a portal that can warp you to other green streetlights.

Only one player can use a teleporter before it has to be re-made by another player. (Added by Tattoo247)

Nacht Der Untoten and the Obelisk

These are two areas that can be found in the corn fields, on opposite sides of eachother. Nacht Der Untoten is, well, Nacht Der Untoten. The Obelisk is a large electrical tower which serves as a major point in the Tower of Babble Easter Egg.

Nacht Der Untoten is great for hoarding. Denizens will not attack you there.

Denizens will not attack you in the Obelisk.

Electical Zombie | Avogadro | "Him"

This boss will randomly spawn at times after you have turned on the power. He will teleport around, shooting lightning bolts at you which slow you down and deal damage. He can only be hurt by knifing when he is in his full skeletal form.

Galvaknuckles will two shot him.

He will die to an EMP instantly.

He will NOT die by being hit by the upgrade to the front of the Bus, unlike other zombies.

Storing Weapons Crosses from Game to Game

Store a weapon in the Fridge on the Farm, and you can pick it up in a later game. Very useful if you acquired a good gun in a game and would like to store it for another one.

Storing Points Crosses from Game to Game

Same as the storing guns method, except now in the Vault. Feel you have too much money in one game and nothing to spend it on? Store it, you can use it some other time.

Trading Points

Yes, this DOES exist. In the bank, except not in the vault, there will be another set of two glowing keys down by the floor. At first, they will do nothing, but when you hit them with the Galvaknuckles, they activate.

You can add 1000 points (with an extra 100 fee, making it 1100) that will spawn as a 1000 point powerup for anyone to grab. If someone is a little low on points and needs them, just give them some in the bank.

The keys need to be reactivated with the Galvaknuckles every time you want to spawn the powerup with your points.

Of Perks and Turbines

As many may have guessed, you can turn on perks temporarily with the Turbine in order to buy them.

However. If you want to keep the effect of the perk up until you turn on the power, you MUST leave the Turbine by the perk that you bought! If a perk does not have power, it's effects will not work. You can tell if a perk doesn't work if it is transparent.

Turning off the Power

Self explanatory. Hit the switch again. Do this if you want to:

A) Do the Maxis easter egg.

B) Troll the rest of your team.

The Bus Driver

The bus driver is a robot, and his name is T.E.D.D. The Technically Elaborate Driving Droid.

He will alert you if zombies are attacking, in case you don't notice on your own.

If you knife or shoot him, he will get increasingly angered and start to try to eject you from the bus. He will also disable you from opening/closing the door.

As an added bonus, he'll also shout obscenities and threaten to drive you off a cliff (he never will).

If he is angered, he may also drive off the moment you get off the bus at a stop, or he may completely skip a stop.

That's all I have for now-- if anyone wants me to add anything, or feel that I have missed anything, feel free to add in the comment section.

Tranzit Theories

Theory 1: Alright guys! Apart from the stops we saw in the trailer I suspect TWO additional stops that were not revealed. Here's why!

On the pieced together map posted, you can see the last stop shown has more path extending out, ending on what is obviously some kind of town or complex. Then more path loops out of THAT and is primarily out of sight from what we've seen so far. I suspect another stop just outside of our view in the map to the west. I think THIS one will have the current treyarch twitter pic as its map mark, because it depicts some kind of mountain formation.

Theory 2: My friend told me what he did but he didn't have any proof so I didn't believe him. I didn't have time to try this so maybe you guys can try it and see if it works. Again I am not sure if this is legit or not so I'm sorry if it wasted your time trying.
Items you want to acquire before you begin:
EMP Grenade
Jet Gun

Steps:
Get on the bus and go to the part in the video where the sandbags and broken car are blocking (2:32)
Toss an EMP grenade to the bus driver and make sure the bus stops BEFORE the sandbags.
Hop out and pull out your jet gun and fire it at the debris.
The debris should clear.
Get back in the bus and when the bus re-activates, it should go to the right where you just cleared.

Once again, I apologize if this doesn't work.
When I have time, I will try this and confirm if it works.

1. THE DLC: it is widely believed that a new expansion will be available on tranzit for those who purchase the DLC packs, so that the players may start out at the bus depo and travel through the DLC packs instead of the green run map.

2. SECOND BUS: in the picture at the start of the tranzit game type, you see the regular bus in the center of the frame, but if you look to the far right of the screen, you can see a sliver of what appears to be a double decker bus. This, the 2 quotes the bus driver makes about upgrading to first class and its double decker class, as well as the seconed texture pack for a bus driver in the PC files leads many to believe that there is a hidden part of the map only accesable through this second bus.

3. BUS TRAIN: this theory has been bunked. It states that due to the unique train-shaped grill that you attach to the front of the bus, you can set the bus driver to access a secret underground railroad facility that leads to an entire underground city. This was widely believed due to the bus driver's "Mt. Weather" quoute, mount weather being a government facility that has an entire underground city capable of housing aprx. 2000 residents along with roads and a "tranzit" system. This was bunked due to people glitching under the map and finding nothing.

4. NAV CARD: this states that under certain conditions, a nav card can be added to the bus driver's software to force him to take a new rout, which would either be a different map as stated in theory #2, or would mearly change the drivers movement and departure times.

These are some of the most-popular tranzit theories that actually have some merit to back them up, if you have any questions then feel free to post them.

1. 2ND POWER DOOR: because of the versitile use of the galviknuckles and the wind generator, there is thought to be a hidden door or part of the easter egg which requires these devices (similar to the door leading to pack-a-punch), concidering that 3ark has never added anything to a map that wasn't needed for an easter egg.

2. POWER SYMBOL ON THE TRAIN: if you travel the map, you can eventually find a railroad with a destroyed train on it. I've heard that there is a power symbol hidden on one of the train cars.

3. CHURCH BELLS: many players are able to get the church bells to ring via explosives and other means. this is thought to be intentional and part of the easter egg.

1. This is Treyarch's most ambitious map to date and the last easter eggs gave all 8 perks or a weapon so this one should be on the same level;

2. On twitter Jimmy Zielinski said two things to think about: When NGT Zombies tweeted at him that he was about to blow the lid on Tranzit Jimmy said, "Not necessarily" and another cryptic tweet from him said, "Seriously, some of you are making great progress, keep it up! The rest of you might want to run faster. And no, I will never tell." I take this to mean that those of us who have completed the Tower of Babble achievement have made progress but aren't done. The rest of us running faster I take to mean that we need to catch up if we want to get to the point in the storyline that those who have completed are at. And he will never tell whether there is more or if that's it, we have to figure it out;

3. There is still the navcard to figure out, that door in the research facility with a green lightning bolt on it still hasn't been opened (as far as I know), and we still haven't figured out anything to do with the lightning trap.

4. Once you complete the easter egg the table with the 115 meteorite on it stays in the cornfield, indicating you have completed the first part and there is still more to do on subsequent playings of zombies.

5. In this map many of the zombies are mental patients and if you look at the uniforms of the non mental patients the patches on the arms say Hanford Sanitarium. There is no sanitarium on this map although there is Nacht der Untoten in the corn maze so maybe this is a tip of the cap to Verruckt... could Verruckt be hiding somewhere on this map as well? I doubt it but we're dealing with the most secretive faction at Treyarch. Because of this detail I believe we are missing something.

6. Upon completion of the easter egg you don't even unlock a gamer picture. They simply wouldn't do this to us. Think about "Cryogenic Sleep" the pre easter-egg achievement, could Tower of Babble be the pre-easter-egg achievement in tranzit

7. On the map of Green Run there is a building in the lower left which is unaccessible. They put "Five" as a hidden map on Black Ops 1, why shouldn't we assume there is a hidden map on Black Ops 2 as well?

8. There is no wonder weapon on Tranzit which makes you wonder if we simply haven't gotten to that point yet.

9. I will admit that Tranzit is an impressive map, but this can't be all that the Zombie Labs portion of Treyarch have been working on for the past year or so. We expect better from them, and they expect better from themselves.

10. Last of all, we were told this was going to be a campaign-type mode for zombies, and it wouldn't be very fun if the campaign ended right here or very campaign-ish.

Nuketown Zombies Theories

[spoil]Well, where to get started. You probably know that when you get a certain amount of kills, a perk drops. On that sign that shows a countdown to how many kills till a perk drops, there are 5 symbols on the bottom. A bike symbol, a treyarch symbol, an atom symbol, a nuke symbol, and a fallout shelter symbol.

1. The first symbol is a bike. I noticed that there is a bike in the garage that you can shoot or knife down. I was thinking that just knifing it down or even shooting it would do something, but maybe you have to bring it to a certain place, in which I realised that you can shoot it with the ray gun to move it.
As you may know, nuketown zombies takes place during the Moon Rictoftens grand scheme.

2.The treyarch symbol is what I am the most confused on. Trey means tri or 3. I have noticed that when you throw a semtex at the giant clock, the higher the number (1,2,3,or 0) the higher the light.so maybe you have to throw semtexes at the clock over and over again when its at 3. There is a street sign that represent the word "treyarch".

3.the atom symbol.....I have so many theories on this. Yesterday when I was trying to beat my record of 37 on farm, I was on round 38 and just noticed that that same atom symbols was on my friends Ray Gun...so maybe you have to do something with the Ray Gun. Inside of the clock counter sign there are two mechanisms. Maybe you have to shoot your Ray Gun in there or throw semtexes in there, or even shoot the bike into there.

4.As you will eventually notice that the same bus from tranzit honks in the middle of nuketown, well maybe you have to get the bus out of there. If you knife the nuketown nuke shelter, you will hear marleton saying various things. Also, you can shoot a generator in the middle right of the map where a perk might spawn. Plates fly off and if you shoot them they go flying. Anyways, maybe you have to open the shelter and lead marleton(maybe russman and the others) onto the bus that honks like the one on tranzit and you need to rebuild it with bike wheels and those plates. You can also shoot several different plugs around the map with the Ray Gun. The fourth symbol, the nuke symbol could mean tons of things. The same symbol is on the fallout shelter, or maybe you need to get a nuke drop, or that mushroom cloud if you look up you will see it. And that thing on the loading screen for nuketown zombies could be that. You might need to shoot that mushroom cloud with many different guns, normal and pack a punched.

5....sigh I hope I could figure the rest of this out, but I dont have much time on my hands, so if the nuketown shelter does open somehow the you need to lead them to the bus. Hope this helped. Try testing this out if possible.

Hey guys, I'm fairly new to the forum. Well, I actually just made this account to share my theory in all of this. I haven't been a die-hard Zombies story-line fan for long, but have gotten more and more interested in it recently and with the mysteries of TranZit and NukeTown Zombies, it's been making me wonder.

So my theory is that there IS an Easter egg on NukeTown Zombies (Which is a popular idea.)
The Easter Egg releases Marlton from the bunker, but not out to the NukeTown map, it actually releases him underground towards possibly Green Run/TranZit?
You can hear the bus horn from TranZit on NukeTown Zombies because TranZit's locations are across the lake/land from NukeTown, but the time frame takes place before the events of TranZit. Also, it's possible that the bus was supposed to tour towards NukeTown, but the road was blocked off as many people noticed in TranZit when the driver says something about "Navigation error."
-- This all ties in with the GPS/locations given on TranZit at the farm when you turn on the television. You can hear radio transmissions of people asking for survivors and stating that their location is xx, xx, etc.. I can't remember. But when you look up the actual coordinates on Google, it points to the Nuke testing sites in Nevada. When you place a Tac Insert on NukeTown, it shows the same coordinates as given in that television/radio transmission. Therefore the bus can be heard possibly because it's close and the horn is quite loud, it's probably across from NukeTown, or it's passing by NukeTown which later gets blocked off from the original route as stated above.

With the release of the audio rips from the game, there was one in which Maxis states "It seems new cargo is aboard and needs to be delivered." Also one which has him saying something like "We'll revisit this place, such a beautiful place."
My theory on this is that the Easter Egg does continue somehow, and when it does, of course, you get some sort of cargo. The cargo may contain equipment, money, souls, etc to help Maxis rebuild humanity. And revisiting the place? That's where my theory that there IS a B/Night bus that can somehow spawn. When doing the EE, whatever it is, the cargo will be aboard the B bus and possibly Maxis's soul and as he leaves, he says that quote about "Revisiting the place" or something.
Again, this is all just theory, no way tested as I believe many people have tested the most difficult and crazy ways to get further.

It might possibly be released with the DLC, which in my opinion is sort of a bummer that we'd have to wait, especially for us PS3 folks, but is also a bummer in the sense that people who DON'T download/buy DLCs will never get to finish the story themselves. However, it will be cool to see them add new features with the DLC, meaning the story really isn't obsolete at this point.

There's also a lot more I'd want to get into such as the "Stop RUS" looking sign, what NavCards can do, how they could work, the church, the bell, and such, but at this point, I believe everyone is confused as much as I am on those subjects.

One note I do want to point out is while everyone is trying their best to find even the smallest clue, some people, in my humble opinion, are taking things way out of proportion. They're kind of creating their own world by connecting the smallest details.
I saw somewhere that some guy made all these random connections based on NGTZombies' video about the Aztec god and the word "Uhtli" with the comment "Uhtli means grand child in morpheme. Morpheme is semantic. Semantic is a Greek word for meaning".
I'm not trying to shoot theorists down, but to me, I don't believe 3Arc would go that far and that deep. I mean, their Easter Eggs are deep, especially Moon, but they've never gotten into foreign translations and definitions.

Hope my theory isn't a revised one of many people's and hope you guys can give me feed-back!
Please don't flame me .

Tower Of Babble Tutorial:

I have recently found info on the Maxis easter egg side of the Tower of Babble!
This is the easier of the 2 ways to get this achievement. There are only about 5 steps or so.
Here are the requirements
-4 players
-EMP grenade
-POWER OFF (will explain later)
-The avogadro
-Turbine
-Teleporter (will explain later)
-Forest Denizen (will explain later)
-MUST BE DONE ON ORIGINAL DIFFICULTY

Step 1 (joke): get a good team
-yep your gonna wanna go with friends...

Step 1 (real): Get the turbine
-You will need to created this at the beginning (if your dont know how to make it, look at any other video/guide)

Step 2: Power
-This will require you to turn on power. Go on the bus untill you make it to a seemingly abandoned location. The toolshed is a door that leads to an underground generator. (this requires crafting; look at any other videos/guides to get this)
-when the sparks fly, look closely at the middle of the generator. What do ya see?

Step 3:TURN OFF THE POWER
-Maxis will state that it was good you turned on the power and that now you must turn it off. He says it disrupts your communication with him. So be it.

Step 4: The Avogadro
-Now you will need to CAPTURE the Avogadro. You must first get an EMP grenade from the mystery box
-When you have one, lure the Avogadro into the Pylon (or electrical tower; not sure what that big electrical thing is)(if you dont know where this is, look for videos about how to get there through the crop field AKA the same place the Richtofen easter egg takes place.)
-Once there, Activate your turbines by setting them down. This will cause the Avogadro to be sucked of its energy
-Maxis will then tell you that its essence needs to be captured. Toss the EMP grenade at he Avogadro and it will curl into the fetal position. Then it will spring up. Maxis tells you that you now need MOAR POWER!

Step 5: The Legend of Babble: The Turbine, The Denizens, and The Teleporters (PLEASE GET THE REFERENCE )
-A little backstory: To get the teleporter, you must get a denizen. A denizen is a little ass**** that jumps on you when you go into the fog without a bus.
-Now you need one person in town and another at Diner. Make sure both have Turbines.
-Now you must venture into the fog far enough to get a denizen on your face. DO NOT KILL IT. Have it come back to the light (lampost location is near the gass pumps) and it will jump off and create a hole (im not totally sure if the hole is already there or if the denizen will create it; most of the time a denizen will create it.) Now the guy in town must do it with his denizen (lampost is on the other end of the town where the bus will pass through; foggy area). This will create the second teleporter
-two people need to stay at the electrical tower and set their turbines there.
-set down all the turbine( one at diner, one at town, 2 at electrical tower)
-This will cause the turbine to do some wierd **** but basically it powers the teleporter...i unno.....Theories?
-THAT IS THE END! YOU SHOULD HAVE THE 'CHIEVE!!!!!!!

Rictofen Side:

Step 1 - Need 4 players on normal in tranzit

Step 2 - turn on the power

Step 3 - have the old man listen for Richtofen

Step 4 - build the Nav Card reader and the Jet Gun.

Step 5 - use the jet gun on the Nave Card Station. listen for Richtofen.

Step 6 - horde the zombies until Richtofen says you can kill them.

Step 7 - Throw 4 emps into different portals at the same time to take away some of the power since richtofen claims you add too much.
