1. Create a practice game by yourself, set cheats on, latest version of Dota, All Pick.
2. Pick ANY hero
3. Click play
4. Paste -createhero npc_dota_loot_greevil enemy into the chat
5. The special gift guy from the greevil map will spawn, let the fountain kill him and you get a gift.
6. Repeat from step 1
You can get nice gifts from doing this, at a rate of like one gift/30 seconds. You can get couriers, unusual essences and shadow essences from this.
