Dude if they are new and have that's not bad when i first joined i had gold i'm a gold gifter and have 3 months worth of gold now and as for the fancy avatar they can either make them or request them you are acting like it's bad cause they have nice graphics.

I really don't care about that, it's nice if I get gold but i'm not going to ask for it.. it's just those people that've been on the site for 2 weeks and are giving gold away and have gold themselves just to make them 'famous' on the site

Buying Gold and gifting others is a good thing because it helps the site, and if they do get popular, it's because people are trying to be friends with them to get gifted, or they are respected for helping out the site after only being here for a while.
Either way, it's not really a bad thing, you just seem to be getting annoyed over nothing.
A member who has been here 2 weeks is still a member...

that's true, but most of those members are 12 year old kids who just come here for 10th prestige lobby's in CoD.. and they give themselves/other people gold so they can get into the lobbies faster..
