Pretty good and will run Minecraft smoothly.
Also Windows 7 has more compatibility than Windows 8.

I have never played Warz, but I would imagine so.
If you were to play just Minecraft, and so on (other games with the same around about quality) you should be able to run them smoothly.
I run the same sort of specifications, but I play on Call of Duty 4 without any lag (and record too!) and I have constant 90fps.
So the PC there would be great for Minecraft.

You will not get the best frames on DayZ on highest setting... It will have to be low or medium to get decent performance.

Well, with that rig in a city, you could go down to single digits. The thing that is bringing you down is your CPU. People don't understand how unbalanced Arma is. CPU basically determines everything. You have a have a good CPU to run Arma well.
