It's called a NavCard. At the moment they have no use (I think). They'll probably have some use when the DLC comes out. The only way to get the NavCard is on Solo, you could probably find a video of how to get it on YouTube, it's not hard

I think I remember picking it up and have it by my name. Was just wondering what its for. I thought I remember it being part of the easter egg but haven't done the easter egg.

If so its part of the DLC that would be cool, like interface it to the bus and have the bus go from map to map or something
