You are set if that is what you want to build with.
Personally if you had a choice, I would go with a 2ms monitor if you are going to do fps and want the best performance. Also, 1000w is a bit overkill unless you plan on doing SLI down the road.

Where are the peripherals? Keyboard, Mouse, etc. Also, do you plan on making this computer strictly for gaming? If so, I would decrease CPU to High end i5 and spend more on GPU to 680 FTW
Also, you won't need 2 TB, go for 1TB WD Black and a 128gb Crucial M4 SSD for OS Boot Drive.
EDIT: You need CPU fan!

16GB of ram you dont need that much you only need 8gb
go for a i5 instead of a i7
i would recomend a amd 7770 graphics card since there pretty cheap and a really good card
1000w psu really is a overkill go with a 550w psu or a 600w
why not get a 1tb internal harddrive and a external 500gb for files ?

I would not go for 7770 just for the fact that most games now, favorite Nvidia Cards. Plus, comapare the 7770 to GTX 670 FTW. They don't. The 650TI is even faster than that card. It is cheaper now, but in 1 year when you have to upgrade that card and will buy the same card that will last you twice as long, it isn't worth it.

Get a hyper 212+ cpu cooler, dont get a 680 they're near enough the same as a 670 with about +5fps in most games. I have a similar setup with an i5 2500k.
