when loaded up flash 360 i got a error message when trying to get it and it said that my nand is not on the system please help

It seems as if you are trying to flash a nand to the console instead of dumping a nand.

Because flash360 flashes nands named updflash.bin, so unless you are trying to flash a new nand you do not need an updflash.bin file.
