LiNK is a Xbox Live substitute. It is very similar to Xlink Kai and XBSLink. You connect with other jtag's/RGH's threw system link, world wide.

If you have FreeStyle Dash, enable updates and you will have LiNK. If that does not work or you don't have FSD download this.

Be sure to join the room when you're playing on LiNK. It's actually very surprising how many people are on the game, but not in a room.

If you aren't on the same TU (Title Update) as someone else, they will not show up on your LiNK "list".

Skype can help you communicate with each other. If you're playing something like CoD mic talk isn't allowed. Maybe you want to start a group chat on Skype instead. Or just tell each other what's going on, if you have to switch up a patch, different game modes, maps, suggestions, etc.

Can't get LiNK to work? post here and I'll try to help you, but for now here's some elpful info
Ports: Your ports need to be open to play on LiNK, the default ports are 3071 and 3072. If you don't know how to port forward, type in your router/modems model in Google, along with "port forwarding"

Won't update: If you're trying to update threw FSD's built in update system and it just won't work, you will have to overwrite your files with the download link provided above. If it still doesn't work, delete your FSD folder and make a new one and put the one provided above in the folder. You may also want to try and restart your Xbox.

No internet/computer connection: Make sure you have a Ethernet cord OR wireless adapter connected to your router/modem. once it's connected, select it and restart your Xbox.
