Im pretty sure you are pressing the wrong button. Make sure you are pressing the one for DUMPING the nand instead up FLASHING the nand.

ur not on aim,
listen,
1. Make sure your USB is formatted to fat32 and NOT formatted/configured to xbox
2. if you are trying to DUMP/GET your nand from your xbox: put flash360.xex and the media file on a USB, then put USB into xbox, go to xexmenu and launch flash360.xex then click X and then A, it will do a bunch of stuff and then click the Back button untill you are returned to the dashboard. now you will have a file called flashdmp.bin on your USB, this is your NAND.
3. if you are trying to flash a new NAND to your xbox just make sure your USB is formatted to fat32 then put the updflash.bin onto the root of the USB (make sure nothing else is on the USB exept updflash.bin)
then make sure your xbox is OFF then plug the USB into the xbox and Boot into XELL (do this by turning xbox on by DVD drive button)
dont touch a thing, it will say at the bottom "Found updflash.bin" and then it will write once its done just look for "Completed, please shut down xbox now!"
press the normal power button on the xbox and it will turn off, then unplug the USB and unplug the power lead and leave it like that for 30 secs, then plug power lead back in and power on normaly and your done
hope that helped, i tried to make it step by step and as easy to follow as possible for ya lol
