You can put you will need your friends account and if he has licence transferred in the last 6 months with another person you will not be able to
1st download your friends account (get his email and password) then account management then licence transfer then his download history will pop up and you can download oN His account then you now have dlc or whatever

You do it on your Xbox, then you go to account in the settings tab of the dashboard then at the bottom it will say license transfer then press A wait a couple seconds then press A again and it will take you to his download history then download what you want =D
