Would it be ok to use my Xenon psu (203w) on my Falcon which needs the 175w psu? Would there be any damage done to the board if I did?

No, the falcon would just take the power it needs (the 175w) from the 203w psu, the rest would go just cycle through the console and back to the mains...
in the short answer, no, no damage caused

no need I have used a xenon (203w) psu for several years on my falcon and nothing
The only time there is an issue is if you are trying to use something like a falcon (175w) psu to power a xenon (203w) as there would not be enough power
