Ok I have evrything setup and it records... But it is laggy as hell! please help me ... i dont have any editing software like studio or vegas only instant dvd recorder... help!

Um is the video itself laggy? Or just while you record? Because it is VERY laggy while I am recording but the video is clear and good.
