that was probably java scripted but yea i posted before saying that there could be up to 15 prestige's they have 15 prestige emblems on elite for blackops 2 but they are same as blackops emblems if you go on elite and get the url of the emblem then look for the digits of the prestige you can change them between 1 and 15 to look at them all

There is no inspect element on IE but there are other ways to edit the page and it is edited because the 13th prestige badge isn't faded behind the 12th if it wasn't edited then it would be there, the only way to really prove it is take a picture in a game lobby on the console. Otherwise its fake.
