I manage to get the lights to spawn out of the laundry-matt and I figured out how to instead of the lights going to the tower and coming back I know how to make it to where the lights just shoots out of the spire instead. I have a theory but I need more people, I would also like to have someone with a capture card so we could record this. Add your gt below if u have a capture card and/or want to try my theory out with me. I think I am close to figuring it out. also your youtube channel as well and the achievement, currently have nobody playing with me.

The lights don't show up on the PS3.

Just using that you can figure that the lights have NOTHING to do with the next steps.

You're obviously far behind everyone else. The lights are just a glitch that happens on Xbox, PS3 is normal. Sorry to ruin your excitement, but somebody had to.
