How To Use
Log in to Call of Duty: ELITE on a browser of your choice
(It's best to close all other web pages while you do this)
Launch up iHc Class Tool and navigate to any Call of Duty: ELITE page.
NOTE: You only need to the following part once
{
Click Start
Navigate to any Call of Duty: ELITE page
You will get an SSL Cert warning, click proceed anyway
(The message depends on your browser - Just proceed)
Click Stop
}
Navigate to the Black Ops 2 Custom Class Page
Make any changes so you are able to "Send Changes to Game"
Click Start
Click "Send Changes to Game" on the website
Now a new window will appear - here you can edit the data being sent
Make your changes
Click Submit then click Stop.

this tool has ben updated its the new IHC james tool witch has corrected the part that crashes your internet and made it much easier to mod your classes:)

Ive already done this, it works like adding red dot sight and holographic together but adding 2 FMJs to make it over powered dosnt work which i really wanted to try lmao other than that its useless

how do you navigate to the elite page on the tool?
all it shows is youtube and twitter

they patched the 3x rapid fire, 3x long barrel etc like 2 days after this mod tool came out

not working, i try two sights, send to game, elite stuck on "sending" and when i go to game it says import, click yes, and no changes...
