I got 4000 microsoft Point call of duty elite card but i dont know if that give the microsoft point or that just grive me the elite sub Help me please

Because i want to buy the call of duty season pass for black ops 2 and i need 4000 microsoft point to buy it and i dont if can with one i got

That is the points. Once you redeem it you will be able to spend those 4k points or buy elite.
