I just got an elgato and when I record gameplay it comes out really laggy on my brand new laptop. Anyone know how to fix it? Thanks

Render settings? I got an elgato and a new laptop as well, works fine. Maybe try re-installing the record program.

You can search up on youtube all kinds of settings.

Is that another video capture thing? I'm using the default one that came with the elgato.

It doesn't matter how new it is, your laptop probably can't run it.
