As of yesterday, when ever i put black ops 2 into my xbox, it reads it perfectly, but then goes to a black screen as if it was loading a menu, but it never loads and remains black? I have tried signing in and out of multiple account but no luck, i also can play any other game perfectly, so i know its only bo2? I have tried deleting my xbox's cache, unplugging cords, cleaning the disc but nothing......
What do i do?
What do i do?

It's either your disc drive, or the disc itself.
Games are loaded via the files stored on the disc. If the disc has even the smallest scratch or bit of dirt on the spot the files are being read from, it won't be able to read the file that loads the menu or wherever you're getting stuck.
I'd bring it to a game store and have the buffer the disc, or whatever it's called. You could also tell a friend to come over and bring his Black Ops 2 and switch the discs, lol.
Your best bet, though, would be to get a new disc.
Hope I helped!
