The SentinelXS does spawn. If you want this vehicle just wait till you see Sentinels spawning on the road, then go to the street where the sultan spawns by the Burgershot in north Alderney and it will be there or in Little Italy.

MP5 ? Is the Starting Weapon and shoots rockets
P90 ? Taser (makes people fall out of their cars an stumble on the ground)
AK47 ? Spawns instead of Gold UZI and shoots rockets
M249 ? Modder Killer (You can kill ppl with Rooted's mods and those French Modders Lol)
Explosive Shotgun ? Shoots Molotov Grenades
Sticky Bombs ? Are Suit Cases and can be thrown really far away
Rocket Launcher ? Shoots Water Hydrants (can be obtained by entering a helicopter)
Desert Eagle ? Spawns Instead of Grenade Launcher and shoots Fire
Buzzard Rockets ? Shoot Really Fast and explode into HUGE RED Explosions

Weap Notes:
The following weapons have the Handgun data slot so you can kill a cop and pick up the ammo for the gun and get 16000 bullets:
AA12, P90 Tazer, AK47, Baretta ? You can only carry one of these at a time
All rockets explode into HUGE RED Explosions
Don't shoot the water hydrant gun or the fire gun too many times or the game will lag, only shoot 2 or 3 of them to show people.
