lower ping is better/faster

Low Ping is WAY Better and Faster,
High Ping is when you are lagging and or have really bad connection.
Try to find Servers that have really low ping to you.

The lower ping the better, it's how many milliseconds it takes to ping the server.

Alright thanks guys. Just wondering if low ping or high ping is better. Is there anyway possible to lower my ping. I get around 120-130 :/.

Phone customer service. That's what I did when I was getting 100+ Ping, they then lowered it down to 30+, but the thing is with Ping you never want to download to much otherwise it goes up loads after a month. Thankfully I'm now on BT Infinity so I get 13 Ping and incredible download and upload speed.

not necessarily true, The reason that your ping lowers after Heavy download sessions is due to throttling, this is when an ISP notices you are using heavy bandwith and to stop others from lagging that use the same line as you they throttle you and limit your total Bandwith and speed, which sucks dick. However if you have a dedicated line (most dont because you pay through the teeth for it) you wouldnt have to worry about this issue!.
