Go to your Profile (Click your name at the top)



For Avatar on the right side you should see a few options like "Update Your Status"

Below that click "Update Your Avatar" and then Upload a picture or get one from Google. You will have to wait for a Moderator to approve the Avatar


For banners you want to click "Update Your Profile" and then go to the second tab which is named "Extra Information" and then go 6 down from the top until you see "Profile Banner" then you can add your profile banner there


If you don't have a banner then request one in the "Graphics Request" section
