Apple computers or HP pieces of junk won't be ideal.
The myth that Macs are superior for video editing is not true and should get out of your head right away.

How much are you willing to pay? A good computer that I currently own is the Acer V3, and it's good for editing as well as gaming. It's better than most desktops on the market as well.

Then I would highly recommend an Acer as I' very happy with mine. Btw, if you don't get an Acer, make sure to at least avoid Dell. Their products quality has diminished rapidly in recent years. A Lenovo is also a good idea, my friend has one and it is quite the beast if I might add (But not as good as my godly Acer xD)

ok if you are looking for a computer that has anything to do with photography or editing your best bet would be a apple, apples are built for that! It comes with a lot of things you will need as well!
