OK I have got my patch off my computer and I have transferred it to my USB then to my jtag and i have copied and pasted it in to the correct folders and I start up the game and the game is not modded at all can some one please help me and post on my topic thanks!sorry i forgot to mention the game im talking about call of duty modern warfare 2

First, knowing which game you're trying to mod would be usefull ;) Second, make sure you're on the correct tittle update and you have a patched .xex file for the game.

Considering you said "patch", I'm guessing what your doing wrong is; your on TU7 trying to work a TU6 patch.
Download the clean TU6 files from online and put the update in the cache folder and copy/replace the files from the TU6 folder with the ones in the TU7 folder. You should back-up the TU7 ones, just saying.

He also needs a patched default_mp.xex for tu6 and I would suggest using FSD's title update manager! Way easier just saying
