It's not going to happen. TES: Online is an MMO. Like World of Warcraft/League of Legends.
Xbox couldn't handle the giant servers it would take to host 1 game, and their will be more than one game at a time(Trust me.)
It will only be on PC, there will more than likely never be a MMO on any console within the next few generations. Maybe even never, but you never know..Maybe some day?

The Xbox's power has nothing to do with server hosting, i mean think about it. The server handles all aspects of Hosting, as long as you have a sufficient internet connection that allows connection to XBL then that is ALL you need. The only drawbacks a console has that it generally doesn't have the power of high end PC's. but this is combated in a number of ways, they can split the game into districts/zones so that it doesn't have to render the whole map in one go which makes it easier to run.
there are a number of possibilities that they could do and the fact that bethesda even said during an interview that they were thinking about possibly releasing a console version supports this, dont forget APB was planned to be released via console also which is another MMO, seeing as most servers on APB can hold 200 players and even MAG for the ps3 can have 256 players per game and this was released maybe 2-3 years ago, Devs have stated that in the last 2 years they have learned how to get more from the current gen consoles so im guessing that if they REALY wanted to possibly 400 player online is possible.
That was current Gen, considering that the next gen Xbox is rumoured to have interchangeable parts so that you can upgrade things like RAM or GFXcards, then you cant even speculate on the Power these will have, i would say that it is COMPLETLEY a possibility that they could make a console version, and so can any studio for that matter.

Edit: also LoL isnt an MMO its a MOBA, which is sort of different than WoW and ESO

Then I guess the xbox can't handle the current MMO's for it, even though it clearly handles them very well.

Yes, because XBL is just thriving with MMO's isn't it? You just see games that support server with over 200+ People all day long, don't you?

If you'll see what I bolded in your comment, you'll see you helped prove me right.
IS there truly a game out already that supports servers of over 200+ People on XBL? I'll give you props for the MAG Game, that's pretty cool. But when you think of an MMO, your mind doesn't truly process an Xbox playing a giant game with over 200 people.
I still stick by what I said, even if there are games out there now. I don't think consoles are ready for MMO gaming. But it's a matter of opinion. If you wish to continue this arguement, you'll have to PM me, as I won't be given idiotic warnings for spam on a thread just because you wish to argue. Good day.

this is not spam nor is it an argument, its a debate which is what discussion boards are for.
Just because you dont see something doesn't mean it isnt possible, so there arnt LOADS of MMO games out on the consoles, maybe thats because the game devs done believe it would be that successful on consoles. But it is possible, the level of technology we are at now would allow it.
You say that you dont think that it will be available on consoles for the next few generations, well think about it, this generation has lasted for around 6-7 years, if they make the next console customizable so it can be upgraded it could last 10 years, now if we say that the next 2 Gens are 10 years each that's going to be around the year 2022, 20 years from now, Just look at our technology advancements in the last 20 years
Sega Mega drive > Xbox 360.
So if we progress at the same rate we cant even imagine the level of gaming technology available then.

Well better tell the people who play the Final Fantasy MMO that they shouldn't because its not supported by the console. Of course I'm just guessing that you have some XBL omnipresence to over see every single game being played by the thousands of players online at all times. I bow to your god-like powers that let you know how many players are on an MMO on the console at all times.
[edit] I shall quote from Wikipedia: "These games can be played on any platform it, be it the personal computer, a game console such as the internet capable PSP, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo DS, PS Vita or Wii, or mobile devices and smartphones based on such operating systems as Android, iOS and Windows Phone." Direct from the MMO page.

agreed there are not many MMO games out but like it has been Mentioned, MAG is available for PS3, Final fantasy MMO for the 360. and i did say the only drawback is it doesnt have as much Power as a pc, however the available RAM (lets just say its RAM) in a 360 OR ps3 is more than sufficent to have 200+ players per game, there are literaly no games out there on pc or console that renders the WHOLE open world at once, there will be a distance at which the player is away from other players/npcs/items at which they can be seen by the player, the only thing that more RAM would do would be to allow more things on screen at once and at greater distances. I am no expert but i would safely assume that games such as WoW would easily be able to run on a console, i believe the console would be at a disadvantage however because the UI of these games is designed around a keyboard/mouse unless it was completley overhauled for 360.
