my Xbox 360 arcade can't read my discs it keeps saying open tray. I broke a piece off accidentally and in trying to fix and I don't know where the piece that broke off is. if u know how to fix plz respond it would help all the advice I can get. thanks

My Xbox has a similar problem my tray gets stuck and says that. What I do is hit my Xbox or the top as the game is reading

IM NOT KIDING I REALLY DO THIS!!!

Take 3/4 cup of water and pour it straight into your xbox.
