I'm trying to install iTunes and I tried restarting my laptop and just manual install it but this keeps coming up!

Are trying to download all of them? or just iTunes?

COmpletly delete Itunes off your computer, then go download it fresh and it should work fine. I had problems with it too

Agreed, Just delete all existing files of itunes & redownload.
there is probally some old files keeping you from installing it.

Completely delate itunes and reinstall it and it should work.

Ok, completely remove it off your computer then try re-downloading it.

reinstall your pc with cds or whatever yu got then upgrade your pc then download it ok
