oh what does the kit do

it allows you to develope homebrew games, host more in depth mods for cod games plus loads of other things if its online, you used to be able to get on pnet but i dont know if its been restiricted now... on pnet you could test unreleased games, xbla and dlc before it hits shops and the marketplace.... google it you`ll get all the info you want from there mate
