Money is not the problem.. really.
I see too many youtubers recording games on 10fps or whatever and it looks horrible. I want to be able to play high intensity games like battlefield 3 on high settings recording at a watchable fps such as 50fps or so.

Everything looks fine, I recommend getting the Coolermaster HAF 912 case, I like it more than the Zalman z9 (just my personal preference though)
and change the processor to an i5-3570k, unless you plan on doing heavy editing.

If you need to spend less, just say the word. I just assumed you could spend more considering your original list was much more expensive.
EDIT: If it's BF3 alone you're after, you may be able to save money by going with an Nvidia card like the 660 or 660 Ti. BF3 heavily favors BF3, so you can play to its strengths. Current AMD cards (77XX, 78XX, 79XX) tend to perform better across a wider range of games for less, though.

They're not at 10 because of their cpus and ram, it's because of their graphics card. You will be just fine with an i5 and 8gb of ram.
