What do you mean by open? You shouldn't need to open them they are save files all you need to do is change the profile id, console id, etc. to your ids.

when i downloaded the game save file it was asking for one

You shouldn't be opening it by double-clicking it, read one of the TuTs, sorry for your problems, but the ones you are having are only happening because you are doing something wrong.

it is working now but when i initially downloaded it from mediafire it made me select a destination but thanks soooo much for the tuts posts threads etc. i greatly appreciate it
