'Going for 99's' in my opinion makes things more boring but that is just in my case, and is not what the game is about (Just my opinion)

I would certainly raise RC'ing up to a respectable level 70 at first. Once that is complete raise your lower levels to 80 .

This gives you a little gap between the boring skills such as mining and fishing, for example do 1-2hours of each skill, time yourself and try and beat yourself the next day when you return to that skill.

Edit; Did not notice your farming level, you should plan your trees and fruit tree route, and do it multiple times a day, for example I wake up for sixth form at 7:30. I then do my tree run with re plants usually takes 5-6minutes tops. Then I get in at around 3:20, do what i need to do and do my farming run again. At 11;00 i do a full tree run with fruit trees. Rinse and repeat each day. Does not take up much time. I used to do this each day even when going through slow patches on the game.

Might look into that, farming really never caught my interest though. o_O

95-99 Prayer is 16k Dragon bones, and that's 30mil.
Just go ahead and buy it.

If I had the 30m extra to spend, I would lol.
