Is anyone else having problems connecting online. It's telling me to check service alert but that doesn't seem to help me.

most likely you NAT Type is Strict or Moderate, What to do, Test your connection if it still shows a problem restart your router and then test connection again

I'm connecting fine, it should tell you why you can't connect when you test connection.

Like he said it's most likely a NAT type problem its the biggest pest on the 360's, I always had this problem at my house and as he stated as well restart your router and try again.

Restart your router.

Sometimes if you download too much (especially with P2P) your ISP manipulates your connection.
