Whenever I try to go on Netflix on my Xbox, it just sits at the red screen with the title Netflix on it. It stays on that screen and doesn't do anything. I've searched on Google and everything but I can't find a fix or even anyone else with the same problem.

I got an Xbox Slim for Christmas, and I had to transfer my data from my old hard drive to the new one. I don't know if this has anything to do with it.

Please help!

EDIT: Problem = solved. kthxbai

Either clear your cache or just reinstall Netflix.

Delete all your Netflix data that is connected to a gamertag, then try.
This is what i did when it was messing up for me and it worked.

If that doesn't work (what they said above) then try using a different account for Netflix and see if that changes anything up.

My internet typically works fine and I don't think that's what it is. I'm gonna delete it and install it again like the other gypsies said and see what happens. :3

Delete Netflix then download it again.

If it doesn't work still, try downloading Netflix to a different place, like a USB.

And if it still doesn't work, try a different profile.

If you are still having problems, call Microsoft or contact them with live chat [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] .
