Try to update the apps if they need, if that doesn't work, you might have to delete the app and reinstall it.

All the apps are updated its got wifi all the time, it's not jail broken, I think it's out of ram when it does it the program that I'm in lags for a few seconds then it closes and goes to the home screen! Btw it does it no matter what app I'm in!

Delete all the high memory taking apps. Also make sure to double tap the HOME button and hold an app and kill all of the apps that are open. I have had this samething happen before and usually killing the apps helps.

Ya I just tried that and it didn't work the only thing that really makes it any better is just syncing it and that just fixes it for a day! And I do kill the apps! It seams like when they changed the iTunes Store around is when it started I think that has something todo with it....
