Element will probably be the better one , well i personally dont know but i have heard great things about alien so u shuld try it.

Alienworkshop but aside from those, go with an Enjoi. They have the most pop

Should do it. I don't really notice a difference. I always end up sliding the design on the deck anyways. They save money and you can get more at a time.

my setup is a plan b sound clash deck with independant koston hollow 139 and i love it smooth pop and a good amount of concave

Neither just get a shop deck no need to buy a pro deck cause pro decks just last as long as shop decks
