id suggest upgrading your cpu to at least i5, 7850 1gb will be able to run all cods max i think, and for more demanding games not so much "Maxed out" but pretty good settings will no lag. Check out some benchmarks online to see what sort of fps your gonna expect with the 7850

I believe the H77 MSI G43 supports overclocking.

There's no sense in upgrading to the i5 or buying a new PSU. The i3 and 7850 can max CoD as it is. If you were going to get a new PSU, I'd recommend the Rosewill HIVE-550 instead of that one.
