This is the first time I've seen a question like this. It depends what you want. If you are more social with girls then get the iPhone, if you'd rather have fun with your friends, keep the Xbox!

Choose whatever is up against the iPhone. It could be "what should I buy, and iPhone or a piece of dog shit", I'd say buy the dog shit.

But that aside, besides the obvious reason why I suggest the Xbox, your money is much better spent getting the console as well.

I would say just keep your Xbox, and save up a bit more money for the iPhone 5. A good idea would be to to do a barter with your parents. For example, you could say I will pay for this much if they pay for the rest. That is if your parents are nice enough to do that for you.

why not just save up so you have both
