is their any consequences from gaming on the stock intel fan, games like far cry 3 and gta etc.

As long as you don't overclock, you will be fine.

the stock intel fan is a little bit loud for my liking, but other than that you should be good if your not overclocking the fan will keep it at a descent temp

Yes, but if you want to overclock even the slightest bit, you're going to need low profile RAM and a Hyper 212 EVO (Or other CPU Cooler, that seems to be my fave)
