I would restore your PC. I have done that on my computer twice and it has removed more or less 100% of the problems

completely wiping your hard drive deletes everything.

that is what i said in the first post, but to do that with a OS disk.

so you have wiped your computer 3 times. you must be doing something wrong then.

wipe it, install the OS of your choice and go and get anti virus right away. or download the installer for an anti virus to a usb, and install that right after you wipe your comp.
